Boro & Blues

This series of works brings together recycling of discarded fabric with hand and machine work. Denim scraps are hand-stitched using Sashiko and Boro techniques, then quilted into flat or three-dimensional shapes. Hand-dyed fabrics, denim, and commercial fabric.
